RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure to repackage the product in its original packaging, including any accessories and receipt that came with the product. We will be unable to issue a refund where the product is in an incomplete state.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@tunatutu.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please read below for more details:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Tunatutu is in charge of shipping fee for the first return in the same condition as you received it within 90 days of delivery receipt. Please do not send any goods back until you have been contacted by us as we will not refund any postage expenses unless they have been previously agreed in writing.

  • If you still want to return your package because you change your mind after 90 days of delivery receipt and the package is still in the same condition as you received it. Please understand that we will not accept the return request. So please try to make a decision if you want to return it as soon as possible.

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
