What payment methods do you accept?

What is shop pay?
Shop pay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal installments, made every 2 weeks, without any interest.
How do I use shop pay?
Just shop tunatutu.com and checkout as usual. At checkout, choose Shop pay as your payment method. You just need to input your phone number to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Shop pay before, just log into your Shop pay account. Then complete your order -- it’s that easy!
Which country do you ship to?
We sell all our products in the United States and Canada, Australia, Singapore, United Kingdom, and EU countries. We are working to expand shipping to many countries in the near future!
I ordered the wrong size/color, or I used the wrong delivery address, how can I change it?

How can I cancel my order?
Orders are typically shipped out from our warehouse in 1-2 business days. If you would like to cancel your order. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team at info@tunatutu.com.
I forgot to add a promo code or referral credit. What should I do?
No worries! Please feel free to get in touch with our customer service team at info@tunatutu.com. They will be able to help you to apply the promo code or credit to your order.
Do I need to pay tax on my order?
We collected sales tax in select states as required by law. You can see the exact sales tax on your order after entering your address information on the checkout page.
SHIPPING
Do I pay for shipping?
Except for select products where indicated, we offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. We charge for shipping to other countries and areas. You can see the exact shipping fee in your location on the checkout page.
Where will my order be shipped from?
All orders will be shipped from our California warehouse in the US 1-3 business days after order placement.
How do I track my order?
Once you've placed your order, our products typically ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Once a product has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.
Can I expedite shipping?
It usually takes 1-3 business days for an order to process and ship out, then 2-3 business days for delivery to 48 contiguous states. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite orders.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Once a product has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you. It usually takes 1-3 business days for an order to process and ship out, then 2-3 business days for delivery to 48 contiguous states, 5-7 business days for delivery to Canada, 10-15 business days for delivery to other countries.
Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during/after holidays or abnormal conditions. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking numbers. That said, we'll do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
If I change my mind, can I cancel my order?

Can I exchange or return my order?
If you decide that your Tunatutu products aren’t right for you within 30 days following your delivery, we're happy to help troubleshoot or initiate the return or exchange process. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product(s) must be clean, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
How do I start a return or exchange?
To initiate your return or exchange, please contact us at info@tunatutu.com with your order number. If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive the product, we will send the refund of your order to your original payment method or arrange the exchange shipping for you within 5-8 business days.
Do I need to pay for the return shipping?
If the product(s) you receive is defective or has any quality issues, we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
PRODUCT QUALITY & WARRANTY
My product arrived defective or damaged. What should I do?

If a product was sold by Tunatutu, and is defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, Tunatutu warrants that, at Tunatutu's option, it will be replaced or repaired at Tuantutu's charge.
